Purpose of the Job

Coordinate General Business / interdepartmental activities / Maintain Reporting Discipline:

Key Accountabilities

•Manage General Office duties including ( not limited to ) managing company assets, inventory & infrastructure.
•Maintain legal & statutory documentation per internal / external compliances ( non payroll related ) 
•Track internal / external reporting ( excl core financials )  
•Develop and Maintain various guidelines and practices for various departments.
•Support external vendor management.
•Support the organized functioning of the Head of Services office.
•Support Organizational Strategy and conduit between various functions / India BU.
•Developing and managing relationships with clients.
•Support Head of Operations in Managing day to day site administrative & reporting.

 

•Diploma / Certification in office management would be an added advantage. 

Experience

•Candidate should have 8 year plus of experience as Business Coordinator/ Business Analyst / EA to senior leadership

Knowledge and Skills

•Highly organised & efficient without compromising quality of work.
•Exceptional command of written & spoken English.
•Professional approach to time, costs and deadline. 
•Should be able to develop reports from raw / scattered data and present to the management. 
•Highly competent in use do MS office specifically MS Word, Excel & PPT.
•Manage CRM  on a need basis.
•Strong interpersonal & vendor management skills.

Location/Travel

•       Gurugram 
•Occasional Travel Required.
