ENGIE are recruiting for Business Administration Apprentice to be based at Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 1AU.

This is a 2 year apprenticeship, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a shift rota of either 8.00am to 4.30pm or 10.30am to 7.00pm and on offer will be a salary of £11,250 per annum.  This role will report into the Administration Manager.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

·  Raise PPM Purchase Orders 
·  Manage the Mobile Engineers Overtime
·  Input Absence into SAP 
·  Receipting in Coupa and SAP 
·  Complete and return Purchase Card Log 
·  Chase outstanding costs for billable jobs 
·  Prepare internal orders for billing 
·  Raise invoices to Client 
·  Close Internal orders in SAP
·  Providing Job Packs to Client

As part of this role you will work towards your Business Admin Level 3 and Functional skills in Maths, English and ICT level 1 if needed.

Qualifications and experience required:

Good standard of education, In particular, GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English would be desirable
Experience of a general administrative position 
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
Able to work with minimal supervision once trained
Willingness to respond to direction and follow procedures as required
Good written and communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
