is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Billing and Vendor Exchange Specialist

location: Katowice

      

 

    Job Description:

·  Handling sales and purchase agreements for gas and electricity – processing agreements, managing the supplier change process, configuring contracts in billing systems, preparing settlements
·  Aggregating and processing measurement data provided by the Distribution System Operator (DSO) (gas and electricity)
·  Settling and invoicing the sale of electricity, gas, and derivative products
·  Preparing summaries, reports, and statements for internal and external company needs (mainly in the area of sales data)
·  Preparing data for internal and external reports and statements
·  Improving and optimizing existing operational processes

 

 

Candidate Profile:

·  Proficiency in MS Office (advanced MS Excel, including VBA)
·  Knowledge of Power BI
·  Basic knowledge of SQL
·  Analytical thinking skills
·  Understanding of the functioning and legal regulations of the Polish electricity market
·  Very good work organization
·  Responsibility, accuracy, meticulousness
·  Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team
·  Communication skills
·  English language proficiency at least B1
·  Higher education, preferably in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, business analytics, economic analysis, financial analysis, IT

Preferred:

·  Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python)
