WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE

 

Organization

The back-office department manages energy (mainly gas and electricity),P&S, sale and purchase contracts once they have been signed, along with invoicing, reporting, dunning and estimates of volumes and revenues.

BO GE is in close collaboration with sales GE

Role description

The BO collaborator Global Energy, who connects energy sales and purchases with services, manages financial operations on a daily basis (after the purchase/sale of energy and/or services) and does everything to ensure correct invoicing whilst guaranteeing the quality of data and respect of deadlines. Ensures & follow up that the invoices are paid within a predefined timeframe. He/she has an end to end responsibility for his/her portfolio, inclusive the spoc role BO and create a partnership with the client.

He is responsible in follow up our GE customers:
·  Creation of invoices on monthly bases
·  Startup & execution of switch requests
·  Setting up new contracts in the billing applications
·  Pre-billing, creates & maintain complex excel files
·  Resolving complex questions & complaints from contract to billing to dunning
·  End to end approach from contract to payment

YOUR PROFILE

Technical / Operational / Business Skills
·  Knowledge of IT application SAP is an added value
·  You have a good knowledge of MS office tools (excel)
·  A good knowledge of the sales market is a plus
·  Communication & Service related skills are a must (as BO is one of the element for satisfaction of a client)
·  Can make a good analyse of the contracts to implement for invoicing
·  Stress consistent &  can give the necessary  priorities
·  In a changing environment we need someone who is open for those changes
