ENGIE are recruiting for a Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer  to be based in Grimsby, DN31 2SG. This is a 15 months fixed term role working 39 hours per week,  t raining will be provided by The Source. On offer is a competitive salary

The main purpose of the role is to provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, work in accordance with any training and instructions given and bring to the attention of the employer any shortcomings and defects in the management systems and protective measures, to develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community and the Customer Care Department.

You will work alongside a construction project team and Resident Liaison Officer, working on a scheme in Grimsby. The successful candidate will complete an intermediate Apprenticeship working towards the standard of the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 2 in Customer Service. The Apprentice will be site based and may be required to travel by their own means within the area. Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Provide an efficient, courteous and professional service to all telephone callers

· 
Personnel must be professional and of the highest standard, including correct uniform to reflect the company branding and image

· 
Ensure written correspondence to residents is generated and distributed in line with the programme of works

· 
Carry out choice events, consultation events and individual consultation with residents regarding future work

· 
Cary out individual resident inductions to include – introduction to ENGIE, the RLO process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys with photographs for evidence

· 
Complete resident profiling and work with the site management team to implement effective working practices and discuss with the Client liaison representative when appropriate

· 
Organise and provide support needs: packing boxes, dust sheets, storage and other facilities as required and agreed

· 
Ensure all communication and liaison activities are carried out to satisfaction of all stakeholders

· 
Where applicable to the scheme, ensure resident surveys are issued and returned

· 
All procedures and paperwork to adhere to the ENGIE Business Management System (BMS)

· 
Observe site Health and Safety rules and report risks immediately to the Site Manager

· 
Attend site meetings, client and resident meetings as required

· 
Provide information and reports as required by the line manager

· 
Identify PR opportunities and report to the line manager

· 
Maintain access to properties, visit residents homes at the frequency determined by the scheme

· 
Register resident complaints and resolve as per the company complaints procedure

· 
Ensure the site teams are briefed and updated regarding any relevant residents requirements and circumstances

· 
Develop and maintain “house files” for all properties affected by the works, ensuring all correspondence to and from residents is recorded

· 
Not to divulge any information other than to an officer of the company on matters which are confidential to the company

· 
Not to take any action which could be deemed not to be in the best interest of the company

· 
Maintain confidentiality of private and confidential information

· 
To achieve all units laid down by the Qualifications to achieve a standard in joinery acceptable to the company

· 
To work in accordance with any training and instructions given and bring to the attention of the employer any shortcomings and defects in the management systems and protective measures
