Job description

Keepmoat Regeneration are recruiting for a Apprentice  Administrator to be based in NPH Yard Westbridge Depot, St James Mill Rd, Northampton. This is a temporary role for one year full time role working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:30. On offer is a salary in line with the National Minimum Wage, and benefits package.

Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the relevant department as required.  To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy.  Work towards a minimum NVQ Level 2 business administration qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Type and word process various documents and electronic information
·  Manage, organise and update relevant data using the relevant applications
·  Arrange and where necessary participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
·  General office duties, e.g. filing, printing, photocopying, providing refreshments to the office
·  Receiving and collating information generated through the department
·  Maintaining the stationary supply
·  Reception and telephone responsibility as and when required
·  Photocopy all relevant information and distribute as appropriate to head office and other sites
·  File resident information in both the main files and site files
·  Complete mail merges and prepare information ready to send in the post for Residents
·  Scan drawings and distribute and files as appropriate
·  Any other reasonable management request.

What we are looking for:

Skills and abilities

·  GCSE Maths and English grade A*-D or the equivilent
·  Ability to work on own initiative and as a team member
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Organised and efficient administration skills
·  Some office experience would be an advantage
