ENGIE are recruiting for a  Apprentice Administrator to be based in Manchester, M12 6LA. This is a 12 month, full-time apprenticeship role working 39 hours per week. On offer is a salary based on national minimum wage and age of candidate.

General Overview:

To provide administrative support to the relevant department as required. To understand, implement and adhere to ENGIE policy. 

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Arrange (Participate when necessary) meetings, conferences and project team activities when necessary.

· 
Manage, organise and update relevant date using correct applications.

· 
Receiving and collating information from the department. 

· 
Filing, photocopying and providing support for the staff. 

· 
File resident information in both the main files and site files. 

· 
Any other reasonable management request. 

· 
Keep the information collated and filed confidential. 

· 
Processing various documents

· 
Be organised and efficient with administrative skills. 

Additional duties the department requires could also be of high importance.  

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Previous experience within an admin-based role.
·  Previous experience in an office based environment 
·  Experience dealing with telephone enquiries. 
·  Computer literate with MS Office. 
·  Previous experience within construction sector (where necessary).
