We are currently looking for an #organized , #analytic , and #proactive person , with good communication skills to join our Controlling Team, as Senior Financial Analyst . In this role, you will build, measure, and continuously improve our financial processes.

What you will do:

·  You will participate in creating the financial reports for the companies within the ENGIE Romania Group of companies to be presented to the Board Meetings;
·  You will work in collaboration with the team in order to complete the Group requests (monthly reporting, Budget, PAMT, KPI, performance plan);
·  You will provide financial reports required by other departments / entities (cost analysis or cost detailing);
·  You will provide support in building the budgets and estimates in collaboration with other offices for the development of a medium-term business plan;
·  You will actively support the improvement of reporting process to the Group and monitor their implementation;
·  You will make financial analyzes and reports on the evolution of the main KPIs, macro-economic analyses, scenarios and cost / benefit analyses and make recommendations to improve the company's financial performance;
·  You will collect and consolidate information from the accounting and internal reporting system to respond to various reporting requests from management, external auditors or authorities.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

·  Bachelor’s degree in economic field;
·  ACCA advanced level;
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, in Controlling and Audit field; 
·  Solid knowledge in the field of finance, accounting and fiscality;
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel-advanced level);
·  SAP operating knowledge;
·  English fluency;
·  Ability to analyze and synthesize;
·  Critical and analytical thinking;
·  Agility in understanding the business;
·  Compliance with deadlines.
