Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for an Administrator to be based at Coleshill, B46 1JU, with the opportunity to work from home. This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm, on offer will be a competitive salary and company benefits.
The main duties and responsibilities are:

·  Proven ability to work to documented processes whilst being able to work from own initiative when required 
·  Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel, ensuring data integrity is maintained.  Knowledge of Access and Outlook would be an advantage.
·  Good problem solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions to satisfy current customer requests and be able to explore and respond to customer demands.
·  Experience of working to strict deadlines.
·  Experience of working on National Roll out Projects would be an advantage.
·  Proven ability to work as part of a team focused in delivering continued customer excellence.
·  Experience of Scheduling works along with good geographical knowledge of the UK would be an advantage.
·  Scheduling works for engineers on a national basis must have a good geographical knowledge of the UK.
·  Ensure all systems are accurately maintained and updated in a timely manner
·  Ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely fashion taking ownership for any time critical responses
·  Complete all work accurately to agreed time frames
·  Continuous review of processes and procedures and highlight the required improvements to the Contract Manager.
·  Effectively work in partnership with internal and external customers. Ensure communications are detailed and relevant
·  Ensure all information requests are dealt with in a timely manner Update and accurately maintain Project and business databases.
·  Dealing with Issues on a daily basis both with customer and on site engineers

Qualifications and experience required:
