What you will do :

As a Control Room Specialist you will join the Customer Success Team you will be in charge of the:

·  Monitoring Systems: supervise systems and equipment using various monitoring tools to ensure they are functioning properly.
·  Data Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify potential issues and trends.
·  Emergency Response: React promptly to alarms and emergency situations, coordinating responses and communicating with relevant personnel.
·  Reporting: Document incidents, operational performance, and other critical information for future reference and management review.
·  Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Team to execute routine operations and resolve issues.

Who you are :

Technical High School diploma or STEM Degree with:

·  Prior experience in a similar role would be considered a plus.
·  Knowledge of the systems and technologies used in a control room.
·  Excellent knowledge of English. Spanish or other foreign languages.
