Job Description:

The Software Intern position is responsible for updating and testing user interface software, executing test plans, identifying, investigating, and documenting software defects. This position works closely with other members of the development team as well as the embedded test team. Key responsibilities for the position are:

•Work closely with developers to debug/test product features

•Modify and test user interface code modules

•Log and track defects using software defect tracking system

•Execute test cases

•Report regular status of testing (Daily and Weekly)

Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven technology individual, who has strong technical skills. You should have some demonstrated experience in software development. You should also have some understanding of test case analysis, requirements analysis, software review and defect tracking systems. The candidate must:
•Have some experience and understanding of Java, Java Script, HTML and general programming tools and code structure
•Understanding of test methodologies and techniques
•Good writing skills, English a plus, and interpersonal skills are necessary
•Must be highly motivated, well organized and able to perform well in a technically complex, global environment
•Initiative and drive to continually and rapidly learn new technology and tools
