Job description

Emerson Network Power Malaysia is looking for a Product Marketing and Business Development Manager who will drive the Modular Solutions enablement initiatives including the overall Business Development and Product strategy with our regional vertical teams in the whole of APAC.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

·  The Key Responsibilities are thus as follows:
·  Product Marketing, Product Positioning and Strategy, Develop Standardized offerings, Optimize Customized Modular Solutions
·  Developing Individual Customer Value proposition with frontend sales teams
·  Managing Product Programs and launches
·  Work with product management and marketing to develop the storyboards and tools for effective demos about our solutions to our channels and customers
·  Pricing Strategies: Develop Pricing strategy as per the customer needs and Competitive market position. Interface with procurement teams and factor in the cost variation risk factor into price
·  Understand Product Need and Planning Requirements and Provide Targeted offerings to the customers Business Development
·  Sales Planning and Forecast Assessment
·  Regular scheduling of call to track Asia Pacific Modular Solutions quote pipeline to evaluate opportunities and quote Progress, increase win ratio
·  Interface with Regional Marketing Communication Teams for o Direct Marketing Programs To Influencers and Customers o Promotional Plan Development And Implementation (incl. Road Shows, etc) o Development Of Customer Co-Marketing Plans Planning
·  Support the Vice President, Integrated Modular Solutions Asia Pacific - in preparation of key strategic presentations – particularly those to be presented to Board Members, Key Management and other Key Stakeholders
·  Facilitating the development of Asia Pacific long term Modular Solutions Strategic goals

Desired profile

Background / Experience Required:

·  Graduate of any Business or Engineering course – MBA, a plus
·  Should have at least 3-5 years related experience in Product Marketing, Business Development, Statistical Analysis and Planning
·  Experience in Data Center and Telco companies would be an advantage
·  Speaks Mandarin to develop our China Business.
