As Emerson continually grows in Africa, Gabon has become a key market for us especially when we want to provide additional support to our customers there. As such we are aiming to have additional local resources on the ground for when our customers need to rely on Emerson's knowledge and expertise the most.

We are looking for dynamic , hungry and passionate Gabonese engineers who want to progress their careers. You will be provided with full training and mentorship from expert engineers who will teach you the workings of the award winning distribution control system ( Delta V ) that is definitely " best in class ".

Responsibilities
·  Perform routine maintenance tasks in accordance with customer requirements.
·  Learning and understanding the products and services to be delivered.
·  Carry out start up / installation/commissioning, fault analysis and repairs on Emerson Process Management products, including investigation of problems being experienced at customer sites.
·  Assist Sales Engineers in the demonstration of Emerson Process Management products to potential customers and proactively promote service.
·  Implement product/system configuration changes at site to meet customer requirements.
·  Comply with all Emerson requirements for business processes including timesheets, site visit reports and all other documentation in line with Emerson Process Management internal procedures
Additional Information This position requires no travel and relocation.

Desired profile

Requirements
·  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline (including control engineering, computer science or electronics)
·  1-2 years of related experience
