CHARGE D'AFFAIRES / CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR DUBAI
The primary responsibility will be to provide order management and project support to the Services and Operations Groups.
Roles and Responsabilities
- Perform Order Management activities using Business Systems.
- Coordinate with internal project support for order processing and updating of project information in a timely manner as per project requirements.
- Review project / services orders and coordinate with sales and operations teams to clarify and correct any discrepancies (checkpoint documents, trade compliance documents, legal documents, etc.)
- Provide day to day support to the project and service groups using JDE/Oracle Business systems eg. Project setup, Closing, Change orders, Cost reports, etc.
- Prepare monthly Projects and Service sales and order reports.
- Provide monthly sales and booking forecasts (Backlog / POR).
- Prepare invoices and backup documents for projects, service & training orders as per the contract / PO requirements.
- Updating of EAC (Estimate at Completion), ETC (Estimate to Complete), Committed Cost Reports in the business systems as required by Project/Service Managers.
- Maintain all Project & Procurement records in line with the Emerson ISO 9001:2008 & 29001:2010 Quality standard, Trade compliance & Record retention requirements.
- Provide support to the Finance, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable groups as required.
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.

Education and Qualifications
Commerce, Business Management or equivalent.
Experience
1
- 3 Years Experience in control valves or other engineering industry
Languages
English, French – to read, write and speak with good proficiency, Arabic could be appreciate
