Our client is a long established and highly prestigious organisation, which prides itself on its expertise in the high value collectibles field.
They are currently seeking a bright, adaptable and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to undertake maternity cover for their coin and medal auctioning/retail division. The role will support the Assistant Accountant.
Job Purpose:
Assist Stocking account and Stock Control
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible and accountable for the
- Stocking Keeping / Invoicing
- Posting & Reconciling Bank
Activity will include (non exhaustively);
- Administrative Ad-Hoc jobs
Experience required:
Essential;
Graduate calibre
Fluent English - Min B GCSE
Desirable;
Office / Admin Experience
Sage
Book Keeping
Skills required:
Essential;
Good Communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Adaptability and a positive attitude to get the job done!
