Job description

Elizabeth Arden, a global prestige beauty products Company with an extensive portfolio of prestige beauty brands alongside celebrity and designer fragrances, are recruiting for a six month internship position within their highly successful in-house PR Team.

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, highly organised professional with great communication skills to help us grow the the publicity of our brands, in particular in the Irish market place and on the social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
•Handling press calls & liaising with journalists.
•Assisting PR Assistant with press mailings and product requests to ensure all are carried out efficiently and on time.
•Supporting the PR team with daily admin duties required to run the Press Office (including Ireland) Examples include press event logistics, evaluating campaigns, PR stock ordering, organising travel & accommodation for press trips, creative brainstorms and gifting to influencers.

Person specification:
•Excellent communication, social media and interpersonal skills
•Keen initiative to think on feet and suggest solutions to practical problems
•Great team player with the ability to work independently when required
•Motivated with a positive approach, always demonstrating a ‘can-do’ attitude
•Proven experience in Microsoft Office with 6-12 months work experience in an office environment
