Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor | Move to Portugal

We are looking for motivated fluent Swedish speakers to join a friendly and supportive team representing one of the biggest multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware in Lisbon, ​Portugal. What will be asked to do ?

* You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to their queries by phone and/or email.
* Identify customer needs.

Am I eligible ?

* Hold a European passport or identity card
* Native Swedish/C2 level (spoken and written)
* The training will be given in English; you must have a minimum B2 level in English.
* Have the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients/prospects via phone and emails
