POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 The Tax Manager - Global Tax & Holding will be supporting all areas of responsibility within the department with a focus on managing and coordinating transfer prices within the Electrolux Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
• General tax and legal support on all areas within the Global Tax & Holding 
• Manage and support the global transfer pricing set up for the Electrolux group 
• Manage and control the intra group transactions and flows while driving standardization and continuous improvement 
• Engage with the sector teams to ensure timely, accurate and thorough analysis and follow up of tax issues 
• Participate in the ongoing business changes to ensure compliance and best practice approach regarding transfer prices and intra group flows including financial flows
• Contribute to the development of the Electrolux transfer pricing set up to reach cost and efficiency targets
• Interpretation and communication of updates in the transfer pricing area, including providing recommendations to sectors
• Strengthen and support the sector teams and shared service centers in respect of managing intra group transactions
• Ensure implementation and periodically follow up of transfer pricing policies, documentation and procedures for the Electrolux group on a global basis
• Negotiation skills
• Develop strong working relationships with sector teams and management

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• At least three years of experience of working with tax at a multinational company or within public accounting.  
• Master/bachelor degree in law or finance   
• Knowledge of participating in negotiations or dealings with the Swedish tax authority is recommended   

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including experiences in managing large projects
• Ability to solve unstructured tax problems and lead multiple priorities with little day-to-day direction
• Strong business understanding with ability to drive finance and tax strategy
• Strong initiative and “can do” spirit to drive change.  
• Respond quickly to change and take active part in the proactive growth of the department.
