We are currently hiring a:  TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER  - LJUNGBY / SWEDEN

In the Talent Acquisition Partner role your goal will be to bring talented individuals for various positions based in Nordics countries and our HQ in Stockholm.

A regular day at work

You will own your responsibility area - people, business, and results. Hence you need to have a drive to deliver results, pride in getting things done, the strength to overcome challenges and the ability to build and maintain good internal and external relationships. You will be a true business partner and an expert in Talent Acquisition, understanding the trends in staffing, the business and the labour market.

We want you to be part of our team and involve you in what we do and breathe every day. You will guide the hiring managers and candidates through the selection process and ensure a seamless candidate and line manager experience at all times. You will also work very closely with other HR colleagues to ensure we bring the right talent to Electrolux teams.

With an emphasis on end-to-end recruitment, you will join our team in building the Electrolux employer brand. Education & experience

·  Experience in end-to-end recruitment (minimum 1-2 years), preferably in a Shared Services environment
·  Fluently in English, a good knowledge of the Swedish language is considered as a strong plus
·  You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree. A specific background is not needed.
·  A strong ability to build and manage deep, strong and trusting relationships with business and HR colleagues to drive the difference
·  Excellent project management skills, including effective time management, an ability to work independently, skill at setting priorities and reliability at meeting deadlines
·  A strong desire to provide a more than outstanding candidate experience
