POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) for Electrolux North America works closely with a team of Talent Acquisition Partners in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The TAC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Electrolux. The TAC will be an ambassador of the Electrolux brand during the interview process. The ideal candidate for this role will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate, schedule and manage telephone, video, and in-office interviews while working directly with candidates and hiring managers
· Coordinate travel and candidates’ accommodations with the Electrolux Travel Center
· Process offer letters for new hires and internal promotions
· Conducts pre-employment screenings for all prospective employees
· Initiate relocation for external candidates along with internal transfers
· Provide an exceptional candidate experience
· Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
· Collect completed documentation from candidates
· Handle candidates’ expense reports
· Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
· Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
· Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Notes, Internet and other related software
· Must have excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
· 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience (preferred)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
· Superb customer focus, high level of attention to detail and organization skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to effectively interact with individuals at all organizational levels
· Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
