POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Objectives :

To ensure best-in-class customer experience in service repair work of household appliances (major appliances) by meeting customer satisfactionby complying with theSOP and KPI within the stipulated time frame.

Key Operational Responsibilities:

Work closely with Customer Care team and respond to onsite service calls at residential customers premises.
•
Service and repair Graded sets in warehouse.
•
Conduct site visits to projects to clear defects.Manage and close service jobs viaMservicedevice (mobile application).

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· 

Minimum ITE cert in relevant technical discipline.
· 

2 years of working experience repairing household appliance such as washers (frontload/top load), ovens, hoods, hobs, microwave, fridges.
· 

Experienced in changingcompressor for household fridges.
· 

Basic computer knowledge and experienced in using Excel and mobile apps.
· 

Class 3 driving licence required.
· 

Ability to stand by and work on alternate Saturdays.
· 

Ateam player withpositive learning and working attitude.
· 

Customer-focused, results-driven and strong interpersonal skills.
· 

Candidates who possess people leadership skills would be highly considered. 
· 

Ability to converse well inEnglishandMandarin/Malay/Tamil.
·
