POSITION DESCRIPTION:

// ROLE
Sales CRM Processes Solutions EMEA - System Expert is responsible for analysing the business needs, to assist in the identification of business problems and/or process gaps, and to propose and deliver solutions. This role requires a detailed understanding of Electrolux business processes and how these are configured and delivered in our business application set. Experience in business modelling techniques, designing and defining business processes, providing assistance in solving problems and managing projects are a pre requisite. As is the ability to perform a liaison function between the business and the internal IT support functions and/or existing or new external service providers. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Collaborate with developers as subject matter expert.
// ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides business process and/or IT process knowledge in the organization.
• Participates in application implementation projects
• Writes and reviews functional specifications of the relevant process.
• Writes and reviews technical specifications.
• In cooperation with the business, proposes business process driven IT solutions with high operational and cost effectiveness, where applicable.
• Proactively acts in business and IT process analysis and development, to optimize current business applications.
• In-depth cooperation with business process owners and other key business and IT people.
• Analyzes and scopes the area of analysis, working with project managers and business sponsors to clarify the level and complexity of the business analysis effort needed for IT related projects.
• Takes responsibility for relevant process area during the system life cycle development of IT projects.
• Plans and perform process wide tests in all implementation phases.
• Provides business process wide viewpoint on system design, where applicable.
• Produces presentations on analysis, design and solutions, communicate them in a professional way.
• Writes, advises and gives recommendations on process and functional documentation.
• Maintains continuous business and internal team interaction and relationships.
• Keeps up to date knowledge on external and internal process.
• Reviews business/IT processes and give recommendations.
• Documentations integrity/consolidation of all CRM projects in PhAROS (Application lifecycle Management)
• Support Business for creation of Business Cases
• Tracking of projects in PhAROS and updating monthly reports (including tracing of invoices)

Qualifications & Experience:
• BA/BS required
• Experience in working with application end users to determine and document functional requirements for application software and database
• Knowledge of CRM applications and Principles
• Familiar with multiple database systems and software development processes
• Writing of technical & functional documentation
• SAP CRM 7.0 Customizing (Sales, Service & Marketing)
• Knowledge of SAP ECC
• Knowledge of SAP CRM/ECC LORD Interface
• Design, Development & Debugging of SAP coding (ABAP, ABAP OO, WebDynpro ABAP)
• Design, Development & Debugging of customer enhancements for SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1 (BSP, BOL, GENIL, Web Client, EEWB, BAdI)
• Design, Definition & Development of SAP Web Services and Web Service Calls
• Design, Development & Debugging of SAP MailForms & SmartForms
• Knowledge of SAP Mobile Solution Development (JS, JQuery Mobile, SAP UI5, HTML5)
• Experience in Interaction Center framework and CTI integration
• Familiar with SAP Contact Center or SAP BCM
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Customer
