POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is to serve as a customer/vendor expert to provide detailed analytical support, business understanding and a strategic perspective to key contract customers. The position is to serve as a liaison between Electrolux’s Customer Engagement Center, Electrolux Design Center, regional distribution centers and our customers. The responsibilities include order tracking and resolution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Manage and track direct orders from entry to delivery and raises a flag if issues are anticipated so we never miss a closing
·  Responsible for the daily direct order reviews, order inventory allocation reviews, order on time shipment reviews and Electrolux Design Center delivery/installation confirmation reviews
·  Resolve all post-delivery/installation issues
·  Drive customer service issue resolution
·  Help drive field execution on all orders/installations
·  Communicate any back order notices to the appropriate people
·  Responsible for reporting site readiness issues to the team
·  Act as the Customer Engagement Center Liaison

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·  Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
·  3+ years of experience with customer service and order management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

·  Working knowledge of indoor appliances a plus
·  Advanced Excel skills
·  Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
·  Effective communication, both verbal and written
·  Highly organized to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities
·  Strong team player; promotes relationship building, and proven interpersonal skills
·  Familiarity with Electrolux systems, processes, procedures, and product knowledge a plus
