POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Improve all concern production activity to achieve LP, DFP, Volume and Scrap.
- Readiness and support new model.
- Control 4M to achieve production plan.
- Training new operators according to procedure / work instruction or standard document as necessary in process or assigned.
- Improve and encourage Safety in production.
- Other as assigned.

Desired profile

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other concerned.
- 2-5 years experiences in Manufacturing.
- Good technical knowledge such as time study, line balancing and ISO system.
- Possesses strong leadership, managerial skills and cooperation.
- Good English communication and computer skill.
- Able to work in Shift. (2 shifts - Day & Night)
