POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to hire  IT Process & Application Specialist, role based in Torsvik/Stockholm, Sweden.

// ABOUT OBJECTIVES
As IT Process & Application Specialist for our Electrolux apps you are part of the Electrolux IT Ownership Solution Team. The role will work within the IT teams managing the development of the Ownership Solutions roadmap within our app landscape (connected non-connected). The role is the key IT contact point for the Consumer Journey organization in EMEA working closely with the business to help define & implement the new application landscape for the sector. This entails both rolling out new solutions as agreed as well as help the business organization understand how to leverage technology in the best way to innovate and simplify the Electrolux business.
The role is the key IT contact point for the Ownership Solution in EMEA working closely with the business to help define & implement the new connected apps MyElectrolux, MyAEG and MyZanussi. This entails both rolling out new functions as agreed, support live applications as well as help the business organization understand how to leverage technology in the best way to innovate and simplify the Electrolux business.

// ABOUT KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading IT implementations of new Process & Application requirements in the Ownership Solution IT area with focus on the connected apps.
• Governance, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Ownership Solution IT applications together with the business stakeholders in the area of connected and non-connected apps.
• Supporting Ownership Solution User Group initiatives and collaboration
• Support Blueprint & Implementation of the Ownership Solution in areas of connected app.
• Proactively acts in business and IT process analysis and development, to optimize current business applications.
• Analyzes and scopes the area of analysis, working with project managers, business sponsors and external suppliers to clarify the level and complexity of the business analysis effort needed for IT related projects.
• Test coordinator for the myAEG & myElectrolux Apps. Collaborate with Ownership Solutions, GTC, R&D and external partners to coordinate and lead the Apps testing.
• Plans and perform process wide tests in all implementation phases.
• Provides business process wide viewpoint on system design, where applicable.
• Produces presentations on analysis, design and solutions, communicate them in a professional way.
• Maintains continuous business and internal team interaction and relationships.
• Fosters collaboration of all associated process areas.
• Contract supplier revision for Marketing/IT suppliers 
• Ensure proper and up-to-date documentation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven project participation experience
• Willingness to work in a high pressure and delivery oriented team
• University degree in IT or technical studies
• Preferable three to five years’ experience in app testing and development in iOS and Android
• Experience in implementing complex apps, connected apps a plus
• Ability to work and deliver for several projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and focus on deliverables
• Availability  to travel whenever required
• Very good command of English
