POSITION DESCRIPTION:

EMS Change Agent

Management of Electrolux Manufacturing/Production System inside the plant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• implementing and mantaining EMS requirements in the plant
• training all employees in the plant on the EMS/EPS principle
• improvement of the efficiency and quality inside the plant
• participation in the new projects implementation
• participation in the Yellow, Green and Blue Gears certifications
• preparing the plant to EMS Awards certification

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical University Degree with 2 years of experience or no university degree but with 3- 5 years of relevant experience
• Computer skills
