Job description

ENGIE are recruiting for 8 x Service Centre Agents to be based at various locations Cardiff / Blackpool / Watford. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week £15,736 per annum.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

·  Provide high quality Audio Transcription output as main part of duties
·  Proven skills and experience in Admin and Reception duties an advantage
·  Delivering work in accordance with required speed and accuracy levels
·  Ensure all daily workload is fully completed within shift period
·  Timely, pro active reporting/escalation of potential service delivery failures, technical issues or areas of concern.
·  Attend regular staff briefings, including business updates, Health and Safety and Security
·  Adhere to and promote a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with current legislation and Company policy
·  Understand and promote the Companies Sustainability agenda and policy
·  Undertake any other duties and ad hoc tasks that may reasonably be expected
·  Undertake any training required
·  Comply with the Service Centre policies including Standard of Behaviour and dress code
·  Flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team in a service centre environment
·  Demonstrating a flexible attitude by undertaking any ad hoc tasks considered reasonable by the Management Team
·  Working within Deadlines / Multi tasking
·  Working to Accuracy requirements
·  Typing verbatim from sometimes complex auditory

Desired profile

·  Excellent PC skills / Audio Typing
·  PC literate with good knowledge of MS Word and email. Previous experience of using in-house applications and MS Excel would be an advantage
·  Excellent written and spoken English
·  Excellent time management and organisational skills
·  Previous experience in a transcription environment is desired Personal Qualities

·  Highly motivated and capable of multi-tasking, coupled with a team player attitude
·  Self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
·  Courteous, helpful and ‘can do' attitude
·  Ability to communicate well at all levels
·  High level of cultural awareness/sensitivity towards employees and customers.
