The Role:

The Sales Support Associate II will support Small Commercial and Residential sales efforts from a channel operations and quality control perspective. Working in collaboration with the Channel Sales Manager, Vendor Relationship Management Analysts, vendor partners, brokers, broker signing agents, and overall Think Energy Sales and Marketing channel team to ensure a competitive and streamlined sales cycle that ensures a great customer experience, from the initial point of customer enrollment to sales approval and fulfillment.

Essential Job Functions

·  Serve as initial point of contact for energy brokers/D2D partners, CRM administration, enrollment rejects, and processing issues
·  Responsible for agent badging/onboarding process for residential D2D program
·  Perform initial audit of individual sales, bill copy reviews, historical usage, and commission adders
·  Assist with the recruitment, vetting, and implementation of new broker prospects
·  Perform UAT testing for new system releases and new product/process implementations
·  Analyze KPI reporting to identify sales performance trends and conduct gap analysis
·  Conduct quality evaluations and customer satisfaction surveys
·  Establish and maintain effective relationship with multiple broker/vendor partners and their signing agents
·  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

·  Ability to communicate details like project requirements, requested changes and testing results
• Strong communication skills with ability to present concisely and descriptively in both oral and written format
• Excellent problem solving skills and a team oriented mind set
• Bases recommendations and actions on solid data, sound analysis, confirms facts, and insights into root causes
• Gauges success objectively, based on results (not activities), using numbers, facts, milestones, and external benchmarks
• Ensures decisions and recommendations contribute to the achievement of long-term sales and overall team objectives
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and execute assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal
• Maintains the highest ethical standards and complies with all Engie policies and procedures
• Some travel may be required (less than 20%)
• Ability to build rapport with prospective broker/vendor partners
• Proficient in the use of various MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Essential Physical Abilities

·  Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
·  Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
·  Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
·  Could involve some lifting.

Education/Experience

·  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
·  Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years' experience in customer acquisition sales, relationship management and/or the Energy Industry required
