We are looking for a (M/F): Payroll Expert .

Your mission

·  from your base in Brussels you will handle full payroll duties from A to Z for our various legal entities for all employees
·  payroll: inputting work performed in the Presta (Group S) and Protime system, handling wage attachment, encoding leave counters, encoding and preparing monthly payments, etc
·  managing payroll documents: producing contracts for new employees, producing termination documents, keeping employee records up to date, managing illness and insurance documents, providing employees (white collar and blue collar) with clear information on documents and procedures
·  social legislation: remaining informed about new regulations in Belgium so as to be able to present the appropriate modifications regarding work regulations, social elections, etc. Assisting personnel with their various questions. (Joint Committee 200 for white-collar employees and Joint Committee 124 for blue-collar workers)
·  administrative HR Support: helping produce and translate the minutes of meetings, forwarding HR data to accounts
·  managing employee records

·  you have at least a bachelor's degree in human resources and you have a thorough knowledge of Belgian social legislation
·  you already have several years of experience in a payroll department
·  you speak fluent Dutch and French
·  you are a team-worker and have strong communication skills
·  you are at home with MS Office applications. Knowledge of the Group S and Protime/Proteam programme is a plus
·  you are familiar with the operations involving Joint Committee 124 is a plus
·  you are able to adapt quickly to a new environment
