Workplace Solutions are recruiting for a x8 ENSA (Environmental Safety) Industrial Cleaning Operatives to be based in Hartlepool Power Station. These are permanent, full time roles working 37.5 hours per week from 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary of £20,322.96 per annum (£10.42 per hour)
General Overview:
To assist the station ENSA department in all aspects of operations required on a busy Nuclear Power Station. Operators will be required to work in the RCA, routinely within CCA's C2 and higher. Fire watching and Confined Space Duties may also be required.
The successful applicant must be focused, enthusiastic, keen to improve and will be very hands on and have an eye for detail.
The general objectives / main responsibilities of this role is as follows:

· Work with teams and other group to achieve continuous improvement.
· Ensure through teams internal and external customer satisfaction.
· Good communication skills.
· Represent the company both internally and externally.
· Work with less supervision and more to their own initiative.
· Respond to and deal with any actions given as professionally as possible at all times.

· Deliver and maintain a high level of housekeeping and cleaning standards.
· Deliver targets and results within set timescales.

· Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
