ENGIE UK is looking for 1 enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to undertake an Advanced Apprenticeship in Facilities Management at various locations in England.

Our Apprenticeship Programme :
This apprenticeship is designed to support entrants new to the Facilities Management industry. Facilities Management provides services that ensure the smooth running of environments; we work behind the scenes to support all operations from building maintenance through to reception, catering and security.
As part of this apprenticeship you will study the BIFM Level 3 NVQ in Facilities Management. For the Main Aim (NVQ Level 3) the candidate will study three mandatory units: Developing working relationships; Ensuring health and safety requirements; and Monitoring facilities. There are optional units to choose from, optional units chosen will reflect the duties of each relevant job role. Along with this you will complete the BIFM Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management Technical Certificate.
The apprenticeship will run for 2 years starting in October 2016. We have vacancies in various locations. Successful applicants will work on a specific site in their chosen geographical location.
Day to day work may include:-
· Health and safety compliance and management
· Quality checks and compliance
· Contributing to the operational performance of the site
· Contributing to the key performance indicators of the site
· Managing small works projects
· Help desk - to include dealing with client requests, relationship management and work allocation
· Liaising with sub contractors and our own skilled staff
· Customer Satisfaction monitoring
Our Training Provider:
Working with Jigsaw training you will be assessed and supported on site and via an e learning platform in order to complete your apprenticeship.
On site mentors will also be provided to monitor your progress and provide support.
What you'll need:
To be considered for this advanced apprenticeship you will ideally:-
· Be aged 16-19
· Have 5 GCSE's at grade A-C including English and Maths
· Previous work experience
· A passion for Facilities Management
Salary and Benefits
We will offer an excellent apprentice salary of a minimum of £7.20 per hour for a 37.5 hour week.
30 days annual leave (inc bank holidays)
