YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT
We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.
Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.
You will join a dynamic team in Norway with a potential of long-term assignment in Scandinavia.
Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department. You must have experience from cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. YOUR MAIN TASKS
You will be responsible to coordinate, on planning as on technical issues, all parties involved in the Testing & Commissioning process until the final Take-Over by the Client
In close coordination with the H&S Manager, he ensures a pro-active cooperation on site between the safety advisors and the production and testing teams.
Your responsibilities and duties:

Aggregate all requirements and expectations from Client, maintenance operator and traffic operator for Testing & Commissioning and Take-Over
·
Interface with the Client and all relevant Third Parties (operating center, maintenance, mobile phone operator, etc.) to prepare the final stages of the project: “Site Acceptance Test”, “Users’ Acceptance Test” and Take-OverPerform financial analysis and to report variances to budgets

Define the means necessary for the supervision of the Testing and Commissioning with support of M&E Subcontractor
·
Lead the Testing and Commissioning process in all phases
·
Produce required documentation for quality and maintenance concerns
·
Bring solutions when technical issues interfere in Testing and Commissioning process
·
Follow-up of the activities to ensure they meet the contractual milestones
·
Ensure coordination is done with Construction Departments
·
Own the budget for his scope of work. Together with the cost controller, establish a follow-up structure that ensures easy to understand monthly cost control review and monthly updates of the “estimated at completion” budget. Monitor the costs and develop action plans whenever deviations occur

Involve in Planning and organization of the guarantee period (5 years for M&E)
·
Assist design Team in Trygg Tunnel process to obtain opening approval
·
Jointly with the Project Team, contribute to developing the appropriate safety culture on site. Through leadership and exemplarity, promote a genuine commitment to safety from all personnel involved in Project activities. Ensure pro-active cooperation between the H&S dept and his production teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Well experienced in equivalent areas of work
·
Ideally with an experience in testing and commissioning on a highway project
·
Advantage to know Statens Vegvesen’s procedures
·
Project language is English. Scandinavian and/or French will be an advantage.
