YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT
We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.
Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin's tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
You'll be responsible of coordinating the work of site superintendents and ensure effective and efficient production within set timescales
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors' work within assigned scope.
Monitor and update work schedules in alignment with site progress and Construction Manager input.
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols, liaising with HSE teams as needed.
Supervise work execution quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and approved designs.
Lead pre-task briefings and ensure subcontractors understand method statements and change management procedures.
Verify method statements and work control procedures before and during execution.
Report any deviations or changes to the Construction Manager and adjust plans accordingly.
Desired profile
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Engineering discipline degree
At least 1-2 years' experience on civil engineering projects
Speciality in earthworks
Excellent Microsoft Office skills,
Good written verbal and communication skills in English
