MISSIONS

In the work process defined for technical studies, the prepares and verifies the deliverables produced by his team based on the study design information provided and explained to him/her in advance.
Through his expertise, he contributes to the image and durability of the research entity to which he/she belongs.
Management
- Supervise, lead and coordinate the team dedicated to the
production of deliverables
Production
- Prepare and participate in the production of deliverables (drawings,
technical studies, etc.) in compliance with quality / cost / deadline
quality / cost / deadline for the clients of the design entity, mainly the
construction sites
- Simplify the work of the field teams (companions,
technicians, management...) and the work of the
the team
- To share the working methods of its entity
Contribution and sharing of experiences
- Share your knowledge of the business and your knowledge of
technical subjects for the benefit of peers and field teams
- Continue to gain technical experience
- Develop your skills in managing a team
assigned to a project with a common goal
Continuous improvement
- Become familiar with the company's manual and implement the
the Quality and Environment policy of the design office
- Identify, report and make proposals to deal with the non-conformities

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
(training, diploma, qualifications, etc.) 

Bac + 2 to Bac + 6
Civil engineering / Building 

Desired experience :
2 to 5 years
First experience in the world of construction (Company, BET, MOE)

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

· 
Formation : BAC+5 ou BAC+2 avec expérience significative.

· 
Expérience : minimum 15 ans en conception et mise en service de systèmes automatisés, idéalement en machine spéciale.

· 
Compétences : maîtrise des systèmes automatisés, de l’électromécanique ; connaissance des équipements de levage appréciée.

· 
Leadership naturel, sens du relationnel, capacité à mobiliser vos équipes.

· 
Organisation, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.

Rémunération selon profil sur 13.3 mois
