YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT
We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.
Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.
You will join a dynamic team in Norway with a potential of long-term assignment in Scandinavia.
Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department. You must have experience from cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. YOUR MAIN TASKS
You will be responsible for assessing the quality of the work activities in order to ensure that final product is complying with specifications and technical documentation
Reporting to the Quality manager:

Review the work procedures and participate to ITPs for defining inspections to be conducted.
·
Ensure that activities on site carried out according to work procedures and conduct inspection as per ITPs.
·
As part of his daily tasks, maintain detailed records of the inspections and testing that is been carried out, as well as relevant additional information.

From the data collected from inspections, create reports for the quality manager it highlight issues, detail the number of defective products being produced, and explain where improvements can be made.

Liaise with the construction manager/bridges engineers for all construction activities.
·
Carry out work inspections at random or based on internal witness and hold points as defined in inspection and test plans and further requests for inspection handed over by the quality manager.
·
Ensure that all technical document issued to site for construction, installation or testing are approved and correctly implemented.
·
Ensure that the subcontractor fulfill their construction quality obligations.
·
Identify referred and rejected materials/products, for the inspection of repairs and for requiring to raise NCRs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Quality discipline degree appreciated
At least 3-4 years’ experience of civil engineering projects
Excellent Microsoft Office skills,
Good written verbal and communication skills in English
