Job description
Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.
MISSIONSWork organizationReceive the equipment to be refurbishedReceive the instructions for the operations to be undertakenCheck the adequacy of the equipment and tools in relation to the operations to be undertakenEnsure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the tidying of the work environmentAssist with preparing interventions (parts orders) in conjunction with your line managerReceive parts, ensure they match the orders, and notify your line manager in case of any non-conformitiesAdhere to a maintenance scheduleMaintenance and servicing of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized equipmentParticipate in the installation of equipment, if necessaryDetect the nature and origin of any malfunction or anomaly (preventive and remedial maintenance) and identify the corresponding level of complexity and urgency Provide remedial and corrective services: diagnosis, repairs, restorationPerform preventive maintenance on technical installations and/or industrial equipment Proceed with the replacement of specific parts (bearings, mechanical seals, etc.)Ensure the traceability of your work: draft intervention reports, and fill in equipment records (CMMS document or machine file)Document the equipment before interveningCommunicationAccount for your activityReport problems encountered, make recommendations for replacement parts and interventionsSpecificities of the workshop mechanic’s role Verify the checkpoints on the workshop file checklistFill in and enrich the machine’s workshop fileSpecificities of the industrial mechanic’s role Ensure technological intelligence on repair techniques, standards and new equipmentUse and maintain the automatonCarry out metalwork, if necessaryManage stocks of parts, consumables or equipment to avoid stock-outs, if necessaryFill in and keep up to date machinery service logsJOB REQUIREMENTS(Training, education, certifications, etc.). Initial training in mechanics for works machinery or heavy vehicles (CAP - Certificate of vocational aptitude, BEP - Diploma of occupational studies, Occupational diploma or BTS - Technician certificate in mechanics). Profil :
Formation de niveau CAP à BTS en Mécanique TP/Agricole. Une première expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance des engins de Travaux Publics et/ou Agricole est nécessaire. Permis B.
