MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SITE SUPERVISOR AND/OR SERVICES WORKS TEAM LEADER:• Become familiar with the instructions from the Services Works site supervisor or team leader• Prepare your working area and ensure its safety• Supply the equipment and materials needed to execute the tasks• Execute the tasks entrusted to you in accordance with industry standards and SQE/productivity instructions• Perform self-inspections of the tasks implemented• Clear and clean up the work areaJOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATIONCAP (Certificate of vocational aptitude), BEP (Diploma of occupational studies)FIELDS OF STUDY:Structural works, External Works, Finishing (plastering, tiling, painting, carpentry, etc.)REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEBeginner or experienced in a field of expertise relating to facilities managementJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALServices Works Team leader - Site supervisor/Works supervisor - SQE facilitatorEXTERNAL:Various building trades - Client - Suppliers

Profil recherché

De formation CAP/BEP maçon, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire.

Afin de satisfaire les clients, vous êtes soigneux, rigoureux et précis.

Vous l’aurez compris, ce poste engagera autant votre autonomie que votre organisation, tout en sollicitant votre esprit d’équipe.
