MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HEAD OF THE GROUP ENGINEERING OFFICE: • Carry out any necessary technical work on the assigned files:- Develop the working drawings- Amend the original plans as required in atypical cases- Analyze the risks for each assigned project (costs, deadlines, and techniques)- Actively contribute to feedback for the continuous improvement of the department- Search for optimal technical solutions in compliance with the applicable constraints and standards/unified technical documents- Participate in coordination meetings with the contract manager• Optimize the quality of the work to be carried out from day to day as well as the productivity of the department:- See to the standardization of the work to be carried out- Submit questions to the Technical Department in order to carry out the required work- Ensure the uniformity of the working methods of the engineering office and the computerized filing of the schematics- Monitor schedules and update synoptic charts- Alert your managers about sticking points- Update all management charts inherent to the proper organization of the department and allowing other in-house departments to evaluate the progress of the assigned projects- Check the progress of the assigned projects in keeping with the deadlines- Take into account the needs and constraints of in-house “clients,” in particular the Installation, Workshops, and Purchasing Departments• Manage your team from day to day:- Check the drawings produced by your team- Supervise the updating of the dashboards carried out by your team- Train the junior draughtsmen- Manage a team of one or more draughtsmen- Delegate tasks according to the skills of the team and priorities- Carry out any necessary maintenance (project progress, annual maintenance, etc.)• Read and understand the necessary documentation:- Special technical specifications for the facade and exterior joinery as well as the other work lots (structural work, carpentry, metalwork, etc.)- External and internal costing estimates Reports from the fire department and the inspection office.- Technical assessments (acoustic, thermal)- And any other document received from the sales department• Read and understand the necessary drawings and diagrams:- Architectural drawings of levels, facades, cross-sections- Concrete structural schematics, carpentry drawings- Price study sketch• Read and understand the dashboards, and possibly update them:- Synoptic charts, lists of schematics (drawn up by the engineering office)- Project schedule- Engineering Office schedule- Memos, site reports, external correspondence• Draw up plans to reserve supplies of:concrete, carpentry, etc., location schematics for the work of installers, etc. • Determine the suppliesof materials necessary for the manufacture according to the applicable product references• Conduct the manufacturing launch• Handle amendments• Prepare fastening procedure files• Check all horizontal and vertical joinsJOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION2 - 3 years’ higher educationFIELDS OF STUDY:Steel design or industrial construction REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE2 to 3 years of experience in a similar roleJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALEXTERNAL:

Votre profil

Issu(e) d'une formation technique de niveau Bac +2 minimum dans le domaine électrotechnique, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 10 ans minimum à un poste similaire.

Vous avez une expérience en chiffrage et suivi de chantier en électricité industrielle/process.

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels SEE Electrical, AutoCAD et Caneco.

Vous maîtrisez les normes européennes en vigueur ainsi que les spécifications clients.

Vous savez faire preuve d'une grande rigueur, d'un bon esprit de synthèse et d'une bonne organisation. Vous savez travailler en équipe et en transversalité.
