Job description
Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.
MISSIONSBuilding site preparation and installation. Make sure that you have all administrative documents relating to the building site (authorizations, installation plans, construction drawings, etc.).. Finalize the construction documents (read and check the construction drawings and documents, visit the site, etc.).. Help to establish the works schedule, budget and operating procedures (technical choices, means, teams, health and safety protection/prevention plan, quality assurance plan, environment protection plan) with the Works supervisor.. Order the necessary equipment and materials in agreement with the Works supervisor.. Ensure the implementation of signage and security devices, prepare the access roads, storage areas and the installation of the building site’s living quarters, if appropriate.. Supervise the reception, storage and boarding of the supplies needed for the building site’s execution.Organization and monitoring of the building site’s execution. Ensure that the works and structures are installed.. Explain the building site to the teams, and allocate the work according to the tasks to be performed.. Monitor the progress of the works schedule.. Perform technical controls during construction (materials, production of materials on the site, compliance with the plan, etc.) and decide on any corrections to be made in conjunction with the Works supervisor.. Track consumptions (hours, materials, equipment), analyze deviations and determine the necessary corrective actions.. Establish and transmit the building site report.. Ensure that equipment is kept in good condition.. Ensure that guidelines, standards and rules are applied, in particular concerning safety.Transport and preparation of materials/surfaces. Prepare the transfer of machines/vehicles.. Prepare the materials/surfaces (shaping or milling, adjustment of materials, flushing, application of first undercoats).Apply coated materials, coatings; carry out earthwork and roadway surfacing; lay pipelines; open trenches.. Control the execution of these activities by your team.Closing the building site. Ensure the total completion of the works and organize the withdrawal from the building site (cleaning, inventory, etc.).. Complete and transmit the documents needed for the delivery of the works.. Participate in the delivery of the construction.. Gather and transmit the elements needed for the as-built drawing.Team and employees support and development . Implement all management and HR development actions planned, to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the companyJOB REQUIREMENTS2 - 3 years’ higher education in public works, civil engineering, building, etc.Significant experience as a team leaderJOB ENVIRONMENTReporting line: WORKS SUPERVISORInternal relations: Engineering consultants, support services, building site teamExternal relations: clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, residents, etc.

De formation Bac+2/3 orientée TP
Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans les Travaux Publics.

Vous êtes garant(e) de l’amélioration continue et de la performance opérationnelle des exploitations.
