MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICES WORKS SUPERVISOR AND/OR SERVICES WORKS SITE SUPERVSIOR:• Welcome personnel on the building sites and give execution instructions • Make sure you have the necessary supplies in terms of equipment and materials for your building sites • Lead and coordinate journeymen by organizing each one’s work (and, in particular, reporting their time entries)• Execute all or part of the construction with your journeymen by applying and/or enforcing the SQE & productivity rules• Check the execution of in-house work in accordance with standards, and have finishing work carried out in collaboration with the Services Works Supervisor or Services Works Site Supervisor• Listen to the client’s remarks/grievances and inform your superiors• Keep to the objectives set in terms of lead times, labor, and orders of equipment and materialsJOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION2-5 years’ higher educationFIELDS OF STUDY:Building - Civil engineering - Maintenance – Refurbishment or redevelopmentREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEBeginner or experience in works or services worksJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALWorks supervision - SQE department - Equipment departmentEXTERNAL:Suppliers - Clients - Programme Manager - Sub-contractors - Miscellaneous organizations
