YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT
We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Europe. We are strengthening our international team and have recently open several positions to work within our EIFFAGE Infrastructure branch EIFFAGE Norge, based in Porsgrunn, Norway.
Eiffage Norge is the main contractor for the E18 Langangen-Rugtvedt highway. The project is a 4-lane 18km long highway including 3 bridges and 2 mains twin’s tunnels (Bjonnas Tunnel 2.5km and Grenland Tunnel 5.1km). It started in January 2021 and will run until end 2025.
You will join a dynamic team in Norway with a potential of long-term assignment in Scandinavia.
Eiffage Norge is looking for an ambitious and structured person who will contribute to good quality in the company's financial department. You must have experience from cost control and good communication and collaboration skills. YOUR MAIN TASKS
You will be responsible for creating digital mock-ups, then generating the deliverables from the digital mock-up as part of the systematic completion of the project.
Your responsibilities and duties:

Develop and maintain detailed As-Built 3D models (Asset Information Model – AIM) of building structures and systems using BIM software and Machine Guidance datas

Compliance:
·
Ensure that the models comply with the regulatory context, accepted by the stakeholders, meets the needs of the systematic completion.
·
Ensure that the models comply with the BIM Execution Plan, BIM manual and all relevant documentation
·
Ensure the implementation and compliance of as-built metadata in the as-built models
·
Coordinate and ensure compliance of external resources producing AIM Models
·
Coordination with Surveyor department: retrieve as-built material to ensure model accuracy and integration across all disciplines, especially for As-Built model based on Field datas

Coordination with Design: retrieve design models and produce as-built models
·
Coordination with BIM CDE Manager: Implement the project’s BIM data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to IFC standards and project requirements – accuracy and completion of coding metadata
·
Monitor modelling progress and report to the Technical Lead
·
Ensure timely submission and approval/completeness of as-built models
·
Control: self-control of his/her production (metadata, collision, objects, etc)
·
Coordinate and ensure compliance of external resources producing AIM Models
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
·
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
·
A solid technical background in civil works and a good command of Revit
·
Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team
·
Project language is English. Norwegian and/or French will be an advantage.
