Eiffage Route contribue à l’amélioration du réseau français, des voies communales aux tracés autoroutiers, qu’il s’agisse de conception, de construction ou d’entretien. Experte en aménagement urbain, Eiffage Route participe également à la réalisation de projets portuaires, aéroportuaires, industriels et commerciaux.

MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING MANAGER/DIRECTOR:DEFINITION OF THE COMPANY’S REQUIREMENTS • Gather, from the various departments (operational, support and project), the needs corresponding to your portfolio: determine the purchasing volumes, estimate the lead times, identify the product’s technical and functional characteristics, and the expected quality criteria.• Support the internal client with the drafting of their specifications, and provide suggestions.• Define the consulting and acquisition strategy in line with the company purchasing policy, including during the study phase.IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PURCHASING PROCESS• Carry out market studies and prospect for suppliers able to provide the requested service (services, materials, transformed products). • Actively contribute to the purchasing network’s dynamics (inform the network in case of any problems with a supplier, inquire about a supplier’s history, identify possibilities for pooling resources).• Initiate procedures, analyze calls for tenders and manage negotiations in accordance with the company’s code of ethics.• Draw up contracts based on valid documents (framework agreements, single orders) and alert the legal department in case of any litigation or doubt.• Promote your actions and purchasing guidelines to your internal clients and cross-departmental networks.MONITORING OF SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTS • Establish and expand a pool of suppliers and develop close ties with them (updating information, integrating new suppliers, etc.).• Manage commercial relations: track assessments and feedback, and intervene in the event of any dispute or non-compliance with the specifications.• Track the budget/purchasing objectives for each family of products or each project, and report regularly to the purchasing or operational department. • In parallel, maintain an active watch on developments in the products, services and innovations within each line of products, and provide feedback to the Purchasing Market Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION:3-5 years’ higher educationFIELDS OF STUDY :Project management – Languages – Marketing – PurchasingREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEBeginners accepted; 2 years’ experience appreciated JOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALAll company functions – Purchasing networkEXTERNALSuppliers – Prospects
