Formation :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac à Bac+2 dans l’informatique.

Compétences :

Au-delà des compétences techniques nécessaires pour mener à bien vos missions, vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, le sens et le respect du service client, une bonne élocution et un bon niveau rédactionnel.
