MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER/ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE MANAGER:

• Prepare the invoicing and commissioning elements
• Proceed with the coding and input of invoices, mandates and credentials, and carry out the bank reconciliation
• Prepare tax returns and/or legal social declarations
• Keep the books (ledger, inventory, etc.) and establish summary documents (profit and loss statement, balance sheet, ancillary documents, etc.)
• Help to improve administrative and accounting procedures
• Participate in the perfecting of management tools
• Identify process malfunctions and determine potential paths for improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 3 years’ higher education
TRAINING SUBJECTS: Accounting - Business management and administration
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1 - 3 years’ experience in professional accounting

JOB ENVIRONMENT

INTERNAL: Human Resources - Departments within your scope - IS - Treasurers - Administration controllers
EXTERNAL: Clients - Statutory auditors - Service providers

VOTRE PROFIL

Tu es au minimum titulaire d’un Bac +2 en comptabilité, et tu recherches un contrat en alternance préparant une licence pour la rentrée 2026. 

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ta rigueur, ta fiabilité et ton bon relationnel. 

Tu as une certaine appétence pour les chiffres et l'informatique et Excel n’a plus de secret pour toi !
