Job description
Hours - 37.5hrs a week
Hours of work 8.30am - 5pm (may vary)
Start date for the right candidate would be immediate and finish date is 16/03/2016
Overall Purpose
To help our customers
make their friends, families, colleagues and loved ones
happy, noticed and remembered,
and to make life easier and more profitable for our florists.
Main Duties:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from the public, members and corporate accounts
- Responding by email
- Queries and complaints handling
- Order processing
- Processing credit/ debit card payments
About You
Good communication skills - both telephone and written
Willingness to work as part of a team
Punctual and reliable
Flexibility regarding work hours over peak periods
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Willingness to help customers and 'go the extra mile
Note: On the lead up to Valentine and Mother’s day which are our peak periods you will be required to work both of these periods.
