We specialize in Paid Search (Google Adwords, Bing etc.), Paid Social (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter etc.) and Display advertising. Our job is to help companies generate higher revenue and improve their ROI by designing and setting up data-driven advertising strategies on the Internet.
We have a team of 70+ qualified and experienced consultants and more than 250 clients are trusting us everyday worldwide. Effilab Australia Pty Ltd was created in January 2016 with the aim to bring our strong knowledge to the growing Australian market.
Poste et missions:
To support its strong growth, our Australian office (4 people, soon 5) is looking for a Digital Account Manager (VIE contract). Based in Sydney, you will report directly to the Managing Director and will be in charge of a portfolio of clients for which you will define, implement and optimize digital campaigns on search engines (Google AdWords, Bing ads), Display Networks and Social Networks (Facebook ads etc.).
**Operations**
- Definition of digital acquisition strategies for clients
- Creation & Implementation of ROI driven digital advertising campaigns on the various digital channels
- Daily optimization of campaigns to improve results and reach your clients’ marketing goals
- Relationship with clients: from first strategic recommendations to daily communication and meetings
- Analysis of results, Writing of reports, tracking implementations etc.
- Creation of ads / visuals (tbd)
**Management**
You will manage junior digital executives, from supervision of their tasks to allocation of workload between team members.
**Business Development**
You will also assist the Managing Director in the office’s growth by writing financial proposals & strategic recommendations.
Your tasks and responsibilities will evolve as the business continues to grow.
Profil:
- You are graduated from a Top Engineer or Business School
- You are a true digital lover and have a "web culture"
- You already have a good understanding of paid search & paid social issues, you have sucessfully managed data-driven campaigns on AdWords and Facebook ads and want to develop a strong expertise in digital advertising
- You want to bring an added value to your accounts and improve your client's digital performance
- You want to be part of an entrepreneurial experience and to have a crucial role in the office’s growth
- With a strong analytical ability, you’re autonomous, pro-active, dynamic and curious
- You are willing to develop excellent relationships with your clients
- You master Excel (and you like it!) and PowerPoint; you are familiar with Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads. A knowledge of Supermetrics, VBA would be a plus
- You speak and write a fluent English
