App programmer / software developer
Internship London (Greater London)
Job description
Want to come work for a small startup making exciting, cutting-edge music apps?
Our company has produced a range of popular iOS music apps and developed the leading aural skills website online. Now we're looking for a passionate coder to help create our next generation of music education products.
If buzzwords like Python, HTML5, Coffeescript, NoSQL, web apps, mobile apps, and gamification get you excited and you love music - we want to hear from you! You don't need years of industry experience, but you do need to be someone who takes pride in their work and wants to create amazing things.
The internship is expected to last for 10 weeks, commencing early February, and a small stipend is available to cover expenses.
You'll have the opportunity to work as part of an experienced team to build new, fun apps which will be used by real musicians to improve their skills. You will learn new modern technologies and have interesting problems to solve. At the end of it you'll come away with real world experience and projects for your portfolio and we'll be happy to write a reference for any future job applications. You might even convince us to offer you a job ourselves...
So stop brushing up on interview trivia and polishing application forms - and come join us building the next generation of music education apps.
Interested? Contact us and tell us the best song you've ever heard, and why.
