This position would suit a nurturing graduate who has the drive to develop lasting bonds with students and colleagues. About the Role
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working primarily within one Year 3 class of around 27 pupils. As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant you will be mentoring small groups of pupils and starting your career in a school that can offer a School Direct placement for the top LSAs and TAs. Ensuring the classroom is prepared for the day is one of your duties and plenty of CPD and training will be made available for you. You will be welcomed by the good-natured Headteacher and The SLT assign each TA a mentor Class Teacher.
