Desirable skills/knowledge/attitudes/behaviours: A knowledge of Christian products and Christianity would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

Main Responsibilities

• Answering incoming enquiries (telephone or email) - listening/reading to identifying best action and apply solution

• Placing customer orders - Taking incoming calls and using our online site

• After Sales Enquiries - Processing refunds, actioning order errors, assessing and answering complaints, raising and actioning stock enquiries, cancelling orders, updating customers

• Refunds - processing cancellations, replacements and refunds

• Delivery issues - investigating why a parcel is missing (missing or in transit), reassuring the customer about what and when we can help

• Comfortable with technology - able to adapt to and operate diverse systems

• Decision Making - Use information from internal and external sources to make sound commercial decisions for the customer and for Eden.co.uk

Hours 8 basic up to 40 hours per week - flexible within operating hours 8.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Saturday

Salary £7.85 per hour
