Sales Graduate - International B2B Sales

The Role

Eddystone is a world leader in FM Transmitter Manufacturinga nd has been supplying the broadcast market for over 90 years. We are part way through a development phase and we need a Primed Ready and Keen Sales Graduate to come on board and help push our existing and new initiatives to market.

The successful candidate will receive mentoring and support from our internal sales team and in time you will respond to inbound leads, develop your own leads, help design and scale the sales process (make it your own) and do what is needed to drive growth, one customer at a time.

About You

You have completed a sales related course of study or have at least minimal experience in commercial B2B sales.

You’re a natural relationship-builder and strong communicator with a reputation of maintaining impeccable communication skills.

You are excited to work in a team driving all aspects of sales: pricing development, market appraisal, intermediary identification, specification development (from a sales standpoint) and more.

You are a quick learner who is comfortable selling advanced technical equipment to advanced technical customers.

Enjoy international travel and dealing with people from different backgrounds.

Eighty-five percent of our business is international, the majority of which is with Governments and National Broadcasters. Our customers must stay on air and Eddystone's product range is valued in the industry for doing just that.

We are a team of technically and customer minded individuals in an established business working from our Alcester based 2500sqft factory.

Development of our current sales strategy and passing on our existing customer relationships is our primary mid-term goal.

We have a very close relationship with our customers and intermediaries.

Package

£22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience

Incentive structures and market standard OTC implemented after year one.
